★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I thought it would be comfortable to dine here since the restaurant looked spacious, but I was completely wrong. Out of nowhere, two pigeons appeared and started flying around — on the tables, across the floor, spreading their wings everywhere. The staff saw them but didn’t even try to chase them away. I just wanted to finish my meal quickly and leave. Then, as I was almost done with my burger, I even found a hair in it. Absolutely the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.
November 01 · 주효진Food was decent but pricey and small. The staff were less than friendly, trying to rush us through. This restaurant definitely prioritizes how Instagram-worthy their food is over service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
September 30 · George BennionWe were excited to try Betty’s Burgers, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. As soon as we walked in, the whole place was filled with smoke from the kitchen. The floor was sticky, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It didn’t feel like a comfortable environment to eat in, so we decided not to stay for dinner. Hopefully management addresses these issues, as the brand has a good reputation.
August 17 · TWorst Betty's burger. All the tables upstairs were dirty, like they didn't clean them since yesterday. There was a pigeon on the table and there was poop everywhere, absolutely disgusting. Fries were so oily that we had to take the oil off with the napkins, we couldn't even finish them all. Staff was super slow and unorganised. Never again.
