★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love these chocolates!!Leona was so happy and gave me the best service! If I may say one thing I was a little bit put off about paying one dollar for a piece of paper as a gift card, just saying but maybe that could be thrown in as well! But all in all fantastic and I’ll be back.
October 28 · Ben MakinAileen is sooooooooooo sweet, thank you! I was really impressed by her considerate service today. We went to QVB to shopping and she was giving out hot chocolate samples, she was very considerate as the moment we finished the sample she said we could give the empty cups to her so that we don't need to hold it. Then I happened to break a bar of chocolates she was also very friendly and quickly helped me out. I would definitely recommend my friend come here again not only because the quality of the chocolate -it melts the moment we put it in the mouth-but also because of this amazing service that Aileen provided - please someone in the shop give her a pay rise hahaha she really deserves it! Thank you again Aileen!

October 10 · J CI went to this shop on Monday, 14 July 2025 and spent $345 on three boxes of chocolate. I asked could I sample one and The lady who served me said I would have to pay an extra $3.70 to taste one, the lady was quite helpful, but I thought it was pretty bad customer service in regard to not being able toSample one after spending $345 and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth and I don’t feel like going back to this store.too buy anything else.
