Absolutely delicious burgers. Menu items for all ages. Easy to use online ordering system as well as counter ordering. Chips are great, and slaty too. Could be a bit cooler, as it felt slightly warm inside, but overall the service and food was outstanding. Definitely coming again as the staff were so friendly and helpful in accommodating for my needs. Restaurant was clean and tidy, with cleaners hastening to create the best space possible. Not too extremely busy. The music was a bit over the top, but conversations were still viable and may be more enjoyable for other kinds of people. The restaurant itself had a nice vibe and decco about it as seen in the photos, with some lights and funky features.It's great that they support charities too.

Tried their Impossible burger. I myself is a big fan of the Beyond patties, and found the impossible patty a bit on the drier side. However the overall combination was really good, and it would have been hard to tell the difference between real meat and the burger made with Impossible patties. The staffs were friendly, the service was pretty fast and efficient, and the overall ambiance was good. A good experience indeed!

We love the Zucchini chips - just the right amount of saltiness, and the crispy texture is complemented with the sweet soft insides. The salad was plentiful, enough to share between the two of us. Burger was OK.This place had great service - very courteous, attentive, and they were relatively fast too. The place was clean and nice.

Went there while on holiday in Sydney. It was conveniently located by my hotel. The walk to the Grill’d was about 5 minutes. The restaurant is located on the second floor when entering from the George St. entrance. It’s visible when walking as you look up and see the “Grill’d” sign above. Upon entering, it’s very wide and a bar in the background. I ordered takeaway (to go) order. I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, and a sparkling lemonade. It took awhile, even though they weren’t busy. The cost was very affordable. The cheeseburger was topped with a different type of cheese as they don’t offer American cheese. I also asked for pickles, onions, and lettuce on a sesame bun. They have several buns to choose from. The waitstaff brought my order on a tray and I reminded them it was takeaway. I had to wait for about 5-8 minutes for them to bag my food; again, they weren’t busy. The hamburger itself was tasty, but wasn’t hot. I really didn’t like the cheese. The dill pickles were very crisp and crunchy. My onion rings weren’t hot. The joy of the meal was the sparkling lemonade! That was very satisfying. I can’t say I would never go back, I can’t say that I would either. I will say the staff were very friendly and courteous. It may have been a bad day which happens.
