★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Staff were brilliant and looked after us on our anniversary. We greatly enjoyed the Tapas plates, the best I've had in Australia, and the desserts. We will definitely be back to try some more of the menu. Only suggestion is getting Sangria added to the drinks list.We also enjoyed a breakfast there. I had the Sheepherders breakfast with scrambled egg, and I highly recommend it.
October 01 · David RobertsWe dined on a Friday night and came early, and it wasn't too busy but was filling up by the time we left. Can't recommend this place more.I have dined at Percy several times over the past few years and have always enjoyed my time. This was my first time being back since last year due to moving away from Sydney and I continue to be impressed.Apparently, there is a new head chef and owner and couldn't find a single fault in any of the dishes we tried. They have recently renovated the venue and released a new menu and the food is amazing. I absolutely loved the Baked Mussels and the Octopus dish.We had a few cocktails, which all included a sherry element to match with their new Spanish theme, and they were so interesting. The flavours left you wanting another sip even after you were finished. Never would have thought to include a sherry in an old fashioned but it really works. There were some very unique wines on the list which I didn't recognise but they have a little description underneath them on the menu that really helps in understanding what you are drinking. They have a white Pedro Ximenez (not sweet or fortified) by the glass, and it was so funky and unique we ended up ordering a bottle to take up to our hotel room.
July 03 · Jack O'NeillAmazing little Spanish tapas restaurant with super delicious tapas dishes and an on point wine and cocktail list that puts neighbouring eateries on notice. I love that this eatery is located in the lobby of the super vibey Hotel Woolstore 1888. Casual and engaging service surrounded by cool tunes. Loved the sourdough with tomato puree, the jam on and peppers and tuna crudo!!!🙌🏻😋
July 26 · M & L BorsatoI had such high expectations from all the reviews but the meal missed the mark for me. First the highlights - the jamon was absolutely delicious, star of the show and croquettes were great too.Grilled octopus was mid, nothing to go on about, but stay away from the cauliflower bites, batter was soggy and not crispy, just mush texture. Also stay away from the slow cooked chorizo, there was about 5 small pieces of chorizo and the rest were just butter beans. The steak had so much potential and great char flavour but we had requested medium rare and got rare at best, which was such a shame. The dessert was nice a way to top off a relatively disappointing meal. Luckily I had Accor Plus status, otherwise I would’ve found this place not worth the value for money.
July 07 · Felicity TrinhWe had the chargrilled sourdough with tomatoes & garlic, the blue makrel & sirloin steak. Spectacular 😋 Beautiful candlelight 🕯️ atmosphere & easy walking to Darling Harbour.
